Our evaluations include two separate sessions. All of the testing is completed during the first session. Approximately a week later, there is a "feedback session" where we will discuss the results of the testing with you, and make treatment recommendations. You will also receive a written report of the evaluation. (Both sessions and the report are included in the fees listed below).
Children's evaluations include testing for ADD, Learning Disabilities, and emotional difficulties. Testing takes two to three hours for most children, and includes assessment of your child's intellectual functioning, academic achievement, attention, behavior (primarily through rating scales and observation), and current emotional status.

The ADD assessment includes a clinical interview, abbreviated testing of intellectual functioning, attentional measures, a neuropsychological screening instrument, and objective personality assessment. Testing takes approximately 3 hours.
The ADD/Learning Disabilities assessment includes the ADD assessment, plus complete assessment of intellectual functioning and academic achievement. Testing time: 4-5 hours.
* If you are a college student or are encountering difficulties in training sessions in your workplace, or if you would like to be better informed about your cognitive strengths and weaknesses, we highly recommend the ADD/Complete LD assessment.
All fees are due at the time services are rendered. We do accept the major credit cards (Master Card, Visa, and Discover).
